Navy Electronic Commerce Online

NECO allows users to search a Navy database which contains current procurement transactions such as Request for Quotations (RFQs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) as well as amendments and cancellation notices.

Seaport Program

Sea Port Enhanced (Sea Port-e) is the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders' (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP and SPAWAR) integrated approach to contracting for support services. Sea Port-e has made electronic procurement of Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services a reality.
